Founder and Chair
Debby has been licenced since 2000, alongside her husband Mike. Since starting the Wertz Group, two of her three children have joined in the family business…David licensed in 2013 and is one of the Principals; Caitlin licensed in 2020 after working as a RN on a Covid hospital floor. A high percentage of their business has come from referrals of friends and clients, in which they feel very blessed.
Debby realized the need for Family Teams after speaking with Compass agents across the country that, by chance, were also working with family members. Knowing that working with family could present particular circumstances that non-family teams may not incur, this would give a place to ask questions, openly discuss, and mastermind over those topics that affect family teams, plus topics to help better and grow each of our businesses. And so the Family Teams of Compass was created May 5th, 2023!

Community Director and Co-Chair
Anna is based in Northern New Jersey out of the Compass Short Hills Office, and runs a top team - the Price Group - as founding agents of Compass NJ, alongside her mom Natalya Price. Her background is in operations & marketing which is a skillset that lends perfectly to helping facilitate the growth of our community! She is also the Vice President of the Compass YP New Jersey chapter, and operates a digital marketing agency with her sister.

Membership Director
Jenny, proud fourth-generation Houstonian, leads the Kieck Becker Group from their Houston and Kay offices, a thriving business she runs alongside her mother and sister. Celebrating 15 years of continuous success, her business is built on the loyalty of repeat clients and their referrals - a testament to her exceptional service. Jenny currently lives in Katy with her husband and 5-year-old twins.
As we embark on this exciting journey together, the four administrators will be leading the charge to create a vibrant and supportive environment for all our members.

Technology Director
Grant is based out of the North California, Walnut Creek office, and works with his wife who is behind the scenes working with operations and bookkeeping for their team, covers Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano, Sacramento and San Joaquin counties. Having formerly worked in the tech industry and growing up building computers, Grant contributes his skills to building some of the infrastructure that helps make the Family Teams run smoothly.
